Julius Wesley Becton, Jr. (b. June 29, 1926, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania), Lieutenant General in the U.S. Army, was also a government official and educator following his retirement from the Army in 1983. He joined the Army Air Corps in 1944 and served in World War II, the Korean War, and in Vietnam, and commanded VII Corps in Europe during the Cold War.
